PATTIES:
lean pink salmon (including liquid & bones)
1 can cream of celery soup (reserve ¼ cup for the sauce)
1½ cups crushed herb-stuffing mix
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg

DILL SAUCE:
3 tbsp. Milk
¼ cup reserved soup
½ T. dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all patty ingredients in a bowl. Form into 8 patties or pack into a lightly greased 1½ -quart loaf pan. Fry patties in lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat 2 - 3 minutes on each side until browned or bake loaf in 350 degrees oven for 40 min.or firm to touch. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl (glass). Warm slightly in microwave and serve on patties or loaf slices.
