2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp.baking soda
tsp.salt
1 tbsp. grated orange zest

1 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
cup pecans (coarsely chopped)
cup margarine or butter(softened)
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 1 - 9"x5" loaf pan. Whisk together all dry ingredients. Stir in orange zest, cranberries and pecans. Set aside. In large bowl cream margarine or butter, sugar & egg til smooth. Stir in orange juice. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan. 3.)Bake 1 hour til it springs back when touched. Let stand 10 min. Tum out on wire rack to completely cool. Wrap in plastic & foil.
