4 c whole milk
3 whole eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil in a double boiler. Beat eggs and sugar. Add to the hot milk all at once, stirring constantly. It is ready when the spoon is slightly coated. Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring. Cool slightly and strain through cheesecloth.
