1 cups Brown Sugar
⅓- ⅔ cup Salad Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Sour Milk
2 cups Flour
3 cups diced fresh Rhubarb
cup chopped Nuts

Topping is: 1 cup Sugar & 2 tbsp. softened Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, oil and egg. Add vanilla and salt. Mix soda into sour milk (watch out it foams up!). Add to first mixture. Add flour. Mix well. Add rhubarb and nuts last. Stir and pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Mix 1 cup white sugar and 2 tbsp. softened butter. Sprinkle on top of cake. Bake 325 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
