2-15oz cans or 1-29 oz can pumpkin (3 cups)
6 eggs
3 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Ginger
Two 9" unbaked pastry shells
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 large can evaporated milk (1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour carefully into 2 pie shells. Cover crusts with foil to prevent getting too brown. Bake 45-55 minutes at 400 degrees F. until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
