2 pkgs. (3oz each) cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
¼ tsp salt
One 9" unbaked pie shell
1 ¼ cup chopped pecans
3 eggs
¾ cup light or dark com syrup
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheese, ¼ c. sugar, egg, vanilla and salt until smooth and creamy. Spread mixture in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle pecans on top. Beat eggs slightly. Add syrup, 2 T. sugar and vanilla. Pour syrup mixture over pecans. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes or til knife inserted in center comes out clean
