3 or 4 whole bonless/skinless Chicken Breasts 1 can Sauerkraut (drained well) 1 sliced Yellow Onion 1 bottle Thousand Island Dressing (16 oz.) 3 or 4 slices Swiss Cheese
Put chicken in baking dish. Cover with drained sour kraut and slice of onion. Pour bottle of dressing over all. Top with swiss cheese. Bake 350F (covered with foil) for 1-1 ½ hours (depending on thickness of chicken).
