12 oz-1 lb. Bacon(fried crisp and cut into pieces)
2 cloves Minced Garlic(or more)
3 large Yellow Onions(chopped)
1 large Green Pepper(chopped)
cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
cup Cider Vinegar
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Butter Beans
2 lrg (26 oz each) cans Pork & Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon crisp and remove from pan onto paper towels. Cook garlic, onions and pepper in bacon fat about 15 min. til onions are opaque. Leave in fat or drain fat.
ADD:
Red Kidney Beans (drained), Butter Beans (drained), 2 cans Pork & Beans (56 oz. Total.- tops drained). Mix all together with brown sugar, dry mustard, cider vinegar and bacon pieces. Pour into 3 quart sprayed casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at preheated 350 degree oven.

**It now can be put in a crock pot to keep warm til ready to serve. Cover off til thick.**
