2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable shortening
2/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375
2. mix all the ingredients
3. roll out flat with a rolling pin on powdered sugar
Do Not Chill Dough
4. bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
