Velveeta Cheese (use a chunk ½ the size of your spam/ham)
Minced Onion, as desired.
1 T Mustard
3 T Ketchup
¼ c Miracle Whip
Mix.

Put in hamburger buns, wrap in foil and bake 30 minutes at 325º.
