Preacher's Wife Chicken Casserole Recipe

12 chicken tenders
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
c chicken broth
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
c sour cream
c chicken broth
1 bag Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick butter melted
chicken broth

Lightly brown chicken tenders on each side in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add c chicken broth and simmer 30 minutes.

In a medium skillet saute chopped celery and onion in olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine soups, sour cream and c chicken broth until well blended.

Melt stick of butter and add to 3 c of stuffing mix with c chicken broth until moistened.

Put it together:
Cover bottom of 9x13 baking dish with the celery and onion mixture. Cut chicken tenders into thirds and put on top of celery and onion mixture. Pour soup mixture on top of chicken. Spoon stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle a little chicken broth on top to keep moist. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes until stuffing is golden brown.
