Ingredients:  
Dressing
1 ½ T. poppy-seed
¾ c. white vinegar
1 ½ c. salad oil
3 T. sugar
½ tsp. Salt
¾ tsp dry mustard
1 ½ T. grated onion (red)

Mix together the following:
1 chopped red onion
1 small head lettuce
2 bunches spinach
¾ lb. Swiss cheese, grated
boiled egg
1 c. drained cottage cheese
½ lb. bacon chopped

Directions:

Blend dressing ingredients in blender and refrigerate overnight. Toss together all salad ingredients and add dressing when ready to serve.
