1 jalapeno, diced
red bell pepper
onion
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
One bunch cilantro, finely chopped
lemon
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add the diced jalapeno, red bell pepper and lemon to the food processor. Pulse until the contents are fine and well blended. Add the tomatoes, onion, sugar. Pulse to blend. Add the cilantro and pulse to blend. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
