1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ c. milk
½ c. sour cream
20 oz. package hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet; add chops and brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Mix together soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Stir in potatoes and ½ c. cheese.
Spread in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.
Cover and bake at 350º for 40 min.
Remove cover and top with remaining cheese and bake for 5 more min.
