1 lb hot sausage
3 4 large russet potatoes
1 large onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. of kale
2 8oz cans chicken broth
1 qt water
cup heavy whipping cream or 2 cups of and

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onion, garlic, pan fry the potatoes then add water and broth. Add kale and cream, cook until done
