2 lb sirloin steak, tenderized and.cut up
Salt and pepper meat
1 cup flour
1. Cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Buy sirloin streak already tenderized,
Put in plastic bag and pound again until thin.
Put steak in milk, then in flour, and again in
Milk and flour

Fry steak in hot olive oil and butter,
Until both sides are browned.

Make gravy
1 tsp kitchen bouquet for color
1. Cup flour,
1 cup milk, mix until smooth
Whisk into hot water or milk & butter until thick and smooth

Serve with mashed potatoes
