1 large can whole chillis cut in half
1 lb of each mild cheddar chees and pepper jack cheese shredded
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp garlic sal, salt and pepper
1/2 tsp oregano and ground cumin
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can evaporated milk

1 can Ortega salsa ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 by 13 pan
Put sliced Ortega’s on the bottom of pan
Add some of the cheese
Make a couple of layers
Pour eggs, milk and seasoning over top

Bake 350 degrees for 35- 45 minutes
Let set tip for about 20 min before cutting

If desired pour salsa over top after baked,
Bake another 5 minutes

Serve hot
