3 c sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp small ginger
4 eggs well beaten
2 c white sugar
1 1/2 c cooking oil
2 canned pumpkins
1 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Use large bowl and mix eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Sift flour three times, add spices and add to wet mixture. Add nuts last to well greased and lightly floured loaf tins. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.
