2 lbs chicken breast tenders or strips
1 c pineapple juice
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
2 Stir together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl until sugar dissolves; pour over chicken.
3. Seal bag and massage to coat. Chill 30 mins to 2 hrs.
4. If using wooden skewers, soak 6 in water for 30 mins.
5. Remove chicken from the bag, shaking off and discarding marinade. Thread chicken onto metal or soaked wooden skewers. Sprinkle with salt.
6. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat (325º to 375º) and lightly oil grate. Add skewers, cover grill and cook until juices run clear, about 5 mins per side.
