1 pkg vanilla pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
1 c milk
pastry for a 9 inch pie shell
1/2 c whipped cream
3/4 c icing sugar
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. water
1 unsweetened chocolate square
1 to 1 1/2 tsp water

Directions:
Prepare pudding and reduce milk to 1 cup. Cover surface of filling with wax paper and chill. Roll pastry into 12 inch square. Cut in three equal strips. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425F for 12 minutes and cool. Whip chilled filling until light and smooth. Fold whipped cream. Spread two pastry strips. Blend sugar and 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp water until smooth. Drizzle chocolate on icing. Chill two hours
