Ingredients:  
6-8 pototes , peeled and cooked
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
3 -4 hard boiled eggs., grated
1 c celery, chopped
1 cup onions, diced
3 cups mild cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp sandwich spread
2 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic salt
2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes Ok until tender until tender, drain, add vinegar,
Let set for about 15 minutes to cool,
Add celery onions, cheese, hard boiled eggs, salt pepper, garlic salt,
Mix all together, add mayonnaise, sour cream and sandwich spread,
Put in ref to cool before serving

Add fresh parsley to top of salad
