1 ONION CHOPPED
1 GREEN OR RED BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
2 15 OZ CANS TOMTOE SAUCE
2 T BROWN SUGAR
GARLIC POWDER
TSP SALT AND PEPPER
1 T MINCED GARLIC

IN SKILLET OVER MED HEAT BROWN GROUND BEEF, ONION , GARLIC AND BELL PEPPER 7 TO 9 MIN DRAIN. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS MIX WELL. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND SIMMER 8 TO 10 MIN STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. SERVE WITH BUNS. FOR AN EXTRA ZING YOU CAN ADD A DASH OF HOT PEPPER SAUCE IF YOU WISH.
