2 sticks butter
½ c cocoa
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1½ c plain flour
1½ c chopped nuts
1 t vanilla
1 pinch salt
small package mini-marshmallows
1 box confectioners' sugar
½ c milk
⅓ c cocoa powder
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 sticks butter and ½ c cocoa together and add eggs and sugar. Blend in flour, nuts, vanilla, and salt. Bake in 13x9x2 pan for 35 min at 350º.
Sprinkle top with marshmallows and return to oven just long enough to melt.
Combine powdered sugar, milk, remaining cocoa, and melted butter. Mix well and spread on cake. Let stand awhile before serving. Cut into squares.
