1 box yellow cake mix
3 oz box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
¾ c vegetable oil
¾ c sherry
1 t nutmeg

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until thoroughly mixed. Bake in tube pan at 350º for 45 minutes or until straw inserted in center comes out clean.
