2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
Optional: chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 in. x 5 in. bread pan.

Combine flour, baking power, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, beat butter and add sugar. Add eggs and beat until light. Add bananas, milk, and lemon juice and beat until combined. Add flour mixture slowly. Beat until just combined. Do not over beat. Stir in optional chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared bread pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
