"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cardamom
1⁄2 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
In a Ziploc bag, put juice of lime, crushed garlic, onion, pepper, cumin, and cardamom. Shake, then add chicken breasts. Marinate in fridge, turning periodically, for at least one hour. (Leave it all day or overnight, if you can)

Put breasts under broiler (brushed w/marinade) for about five minutes each side. Meanwhile, heat one can of undrained black beans thoroughly, spread one portion on each plate. Top with one breast each, and on top of breast place 2 T of salsa then one dollop fat free sour cream.
