2 c tomato juice
1 t instant minced onion
1 bay leaf
1 3-oz package lemon gelatin
1 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T prepared horseradish
1 c celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato juice, onion, and bay leaf. Heat to boiling. Remove bay leaf. Pour hot tomato juice over lemon gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in celery. Pour into 1-quart ring mold or an 8-inch square dish. Garnish with sliced stuffed olives.
