Pasta/ lasagna recepie
1¼ cup all purpose flour
2 tps xanthan gum
1 full egg
4 yolks
2-3 tbs water+ ¼- ½- 1 cup water
marinara sause
browned meat

Directions:
Directions:
Add in the flour, xanthan gum, egg, and yolks into a bowl; then mix.

Once the dough is done, take out of bowl and add in a little water; after water has ben added, kneed.

Take out your pasta attachment for your Kitchen Aid, and attach. Roll out your dough with your rolling pin that is 1/16 of an inch. After attatching your pasta attachments, turn on Kitchen Aid at full speed and roll out your dough.

After rolling out the dough, cut the dough into 6- 12 inch strips then cut them into 2 inch squares and lightly brush with flour.

When you are done with your dough, add in your sauce, browned meat. Mix well
