3 avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed
1 TBspn fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tspn. Worcestershire sauce
2 medium tomatoes, peeled seeded and finely chopped
1 tspn. Salt
1/8 tspn. Tabasco
1 clove garlic, crushed

Combine all ingredients:
Watch the tomatoes, if they are too juicy or too much lemon juice, the dish will be too watery.
Add: sour cream, salsa and tortilla chips with grated cheddar cheese.
