1/2 cup Townhouse cracker crumbs
1 tspn. Salt
1 tspn. Basil
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tspn ground thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cut boneless chicken breasts into 1 1/2 pieces.
Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter.

Mix thoroughly: 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan, 1 tspn. salt, 1/4 tspn thyme, 1 tspn. basil.

Dip pieces of chicken into melted butter, then roll them in crumb mixture. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20 Minutes
