Sweet Italian Sausages
2 medium Onions
Garlic powder
Black pepper
1 can of whole, peeled tomatoes
Crushed garlic
White rice

Poke holes in sausages with a fork.
Put sausages in pan and cover with water.
Cook until brown.
Cut sausages into slices.

In separate pan, fry onions and crushed garlic in oil until onions soften.
Add tomatoes and cut up in pan.
Add plenty of basil, black pepper, oregano and garlic.

Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add sausages, cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes more.

Serve over cooked rice.
