4 cups rhubarb(cut up)
1 cup sugar
1 yellow cake mix
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl mix rhubarb and sugar together and set aside. Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour into greased 9x13 cake pan. Pour rhubarb mixture over cake. Pour whipping cream over top of cake and rhubarb. Do not stir. Rhubarb and cake move to the bottom of pan during baking. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serve topped with whipped topping.
