Dry Marsala Wine
Flour
Butter
Beef or Chicken Stock
Mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in olive oil and butter.
Add dry marsala wine and as much stock as needed.
If thicker sauce desired, mix flour and water to make a roux and blend with wine and mushrooms.
