1 pkg. frozen asparagus
3 TBspns flour
1 1 lb can salmon, flaked and cooked salmon
2 TBspns butter
1/4 tspn pepper
3 oz (3/4 cup) grated process cheddar
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup milk
1 TBspn lemon juice
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook asparagus, then cook onion in butter till tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper, slowly stir in milk until smooth and thick.
Add 1/4 cup drained liquid from salmon, then add flaked salmon and juice.
Place 3/4 salmon in greased baking dish (10x6x2).
Top with asparagus, sprinkle with nutmeg, then add rest of salmon.
Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 450º for 15-20 Minutes
