Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion diced
5-6 medium size carrots
4-5 potatoes
Ketchup ( try 3/4 cup)
Water (try 3/4 cup)
Salt and pepper
Garlic or red pepper optional depending on taste preference

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown Hamburg and onion in fry pan until cooked.
Put meat into slow cooker or larger saucepan.
2. Add chopped carrots and chopped potatoes, salt and pepper.
3. Add ketchup and enough water to make sauce to cover ingredients.
4. Let cook until carrots and potatoes are cooked and juice is thicker.

This can be made quickly on top of stove or longer in slow cooker

Amounts of potatoes, carrots, ketchup and water can vary depending on number of people being served. This makes a nice comfort food! Can be frozen.
