Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 TBspns cornstarch
1/4 tspn onion powder
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 TBspns dry white wine
1 TBspn chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tspn dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all seven ingredients.
Cook on medium heat, stir constantly until thickened.
Add cooked turkey (recipe good for about 1 lb. of turkey).
Cover, simmer 10 minutes and serve with noodles or spaghetti
