2 large bunches basil
1 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. pinenuts
cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tough stems from basil and discard. Blanch the basil very quickly in rapidly boiling salted water. Transfer immediately to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain well. Squeeze out excess water. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well.
