Zucchini Bread Recipe

Rosemary Tobin


2 cups zucchini grated
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup oil
3 large eggs beaten
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cloves

Cream together zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs.
Mix in dry ingredients. Blend together
Pour into greased bread 🍞 pans
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hr. Check after 45 minutes
If knife comes out dry it is ready

( grated carrots can be substituted for zucchini)
Freezes well.
