Ingredients:

1/2 lb mushrooms
2 TBspns flour
1 cup milk
Salt
Nutmeg
3 TBspns butter
1/2 cup turkey or chicken broth
Sherry if desired
Pepper
Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes.
Combine flour, broth, milk and sherry.
Cook, stirring constantly until thick.
Add salt and pepper and nutmeg.
Mix.
Combine sauce, and leftover cooked turkey with cooked noodles.
Or you can layer turkey over the cooked noodles in casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan and Swiss cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 Minutes
