3 egg whites beaten stiff
25 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup walnuts
Ice cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Roll crackers in bag with a rolling pin.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, Ritz crackers, baking powder, walnuts and vanilla.
Put in greased pie plate.

Bake at 325º for 25 Minutes.

Fill with ice cream topped with chocolate sauce.
