Baby spinach
Strawberries
Red onion thinly sliced rings
Optional- mandarin oranges
Optional- toasted almonds

Dressing
1 cup canola or olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

Mix oil, inegar and sugar together then heat in microwave for about 1 minute until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into blender and add other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
