2 chicken legs and thighs
1 large stalk of celery (cut up)
1/2 lb of cheese filled tortellini
1 bag of fresh spinach
Water
Pepper
4 Italian sausages
1 medium onion (cut up)
Fresh parley
Grated Romano cheese
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken and sausage in large pot with enough water to cover the meat.
While cooking, add celery, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cook for 1 hour, set aside.
Parboil spinach, drain.
Cut up and set aside.
Boil tortellini and drain.
Strain soup. put meat aside.
To soup, add spinach, tortellini and grated cheese.
Cut up sausages and chicken into small pieces, return to soup.
This can be made in large amounts and frozen.
