2 boxes frozen broccoli
4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 bag of stuffing mix (small bag)
1 8 oz. Package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 Tbspns melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Grease Lightly a 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
Lay thawed uncooked broccoli on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over broccoli.
Lay chicken breasts over cheese.
Spread cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) over chicken.
Sprinkle 3/4 package of stuffing mix over soup.
Sprinkle melted butter over stuffing.

Bake at 350º covered for 45-50 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.
