2 cups plus
2 TBspns flour
1 egg yolk
1/2 lb margarine or butter (2 sticks)
1 cup sour cream
Chopped walnuts

Cut margarine into flour with fingertips.
Add egg yolk and cream.
Mix well and divide into 5 pieces individually wrapped in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
If not just place in freezer for 10 minutes then remove and place in refrigerator and take one out at a time. In bowl mix some cinnamon and sugar (you can tell how much of each I don't measure this) then add chopped walnuts.

Roll first dough in circle then put the cinnamon mixture over it just sprinkle some on.
Then cut in wedges and roll wide end first.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 10 Minutes
