1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup grated raw zucchini
1 3/4 cup flour
1 3/8 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn cinnamon
Dash allspice
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 tspn baking powder
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg,
add sugar molasses and oil
Add and mix zucchini and water
Add dry ingredients
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/4 Hour(s)

Double the recipe for 2 loaves.
