Ingredients:
2 boxes of Pillsbury Hot Roll mix
flour
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion - chopped
1 head of cabbage
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. Uncle Chris' seasoning
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare hot roll mix as directed on box and let rise. Cook ground beef and onions until done. Chop up cabbage. Then in a separate pot, steam cabbage with 1 cup water and 1 cup milk until done. Combine cooked cabbage and ground beef in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Uncle Chris'
seasoning. Preheat oven to 350º. On a floured pastry cloth, roll out small portions of dough into squares about 6x6 and very thin. Take rolled dough and place about 1/2 to 1 cup of beef/cabbage mixture and then take the corners of the dough square and pinch together. You will carefully dip filled pastry into oil then place pinched side down on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until brown.

Everyone loves buttering the tops before eating but some add an American slice of cheese too.
