1 3/4 cup white Karo syrup
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter & syrup.1 cup cream. Bring to a boil in large heavy pan. Add second cup of cram & boil until hard ball 250 on candy thermometer. Add 1 cup pecans. Pour in glass baking dish and let cool overnight. Cut into squares & then wrap individually in wax paper.
