1/2 cup butter
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 quart fresh fruit (blackberries, strawberries, peach slices or red plums)

Ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt the butter in bottom of an 8 x 8” pan.
Combine the Bisquick, sugar and milk. Pour over the butter in the pan.
Pour in 1 quart fresh fruit.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
Top with ice cream.
