2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 T plus 2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
6-8 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the milk.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Make a paste with some of the milk and stir into the rest of the milk. Cook 10 minutes. Stir eggs in. Cook one minute or until it coats the spoon.
Cool, add vanilla and cream.
Cool, then freeze.
