2 c. sugar
c. butter (1 stick)
⅔ c. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
tsp. salt
3 c. quick oatmeal

Directions:
In a large sauce pan, add all BUT oatmeal and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add oatmeal. Stir until cool. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Best kept refrigerated.

I like to save a little back when I am dropping them into balls. Put it in a bowl and add some vanilla ice cream. A delicious little treat!
